You have to pay 49cents every 6 months to post in and view threads. You can cancel at any time though so if after 3 months you cancel you still get your last 3 months and won't be billed again.
1. Register just like you would at any site.
2. To pay after you register go to "UserCP" down almost to the bottom on the left click on “paid subscriptions”. Only Paypal is accepted, and they don't send any of your information to this site.
